What could they have done better?
In our opinion, nothing - Martin and Miles (Office Manager) have been a pleasure to deal with, they are fun and very approachable. If they advise a document will arrive on a certain date is does. If they advise a transaction will take place on a certain date, it does.
I now have a future to look forward to, not one to be scared of.

Each time I have received excellent advice and service, particularly most recently when needing a mortgage in some fairly difficult economic times.
